A fruit salad is a great option for a healthy and delicious breakfast or dessert. Simply chop your favourite fruits into bite size pieces.
Try experimenting with different colours and textures. You can also try topping with soy yoghurt or vegan cream (see the recipe for vegan cream from the trifle recipe).
