Ingredients
2 slices of your favourite bread
1 small avocado - or half of a large one
A wedge of lemon
Handful of salad leaves (optional)
Handful of salad sprouts (optional)
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Directions
Toast bread.
Mash the avocado onto the toast and squeeze over some lemon juice.
