Sustainable Living Festival ALV flew aloft the most important message for a sustainable future... our 5 metre high VEGAN banner!
The annual 2009 Sustainable Living Festival took place at Melbourne's Federation Square.
Many organisations were there presenting a wide range of issues, so it was crucial that ALV was present to provide important information about the vegan diet as a sustainable lifestyle choice we can all make. The ALV stall generated much public interest over the three days, with people of all ages gaining valuable information and engaging in some enlightening discussion.
ALV's ever popular Freeda the cow was there to delight the crowd (especially the kids) as volunteers walked her around the festival in her purple satin Milk Sucks sash.
Thanks to the many volunteers (mostly featured below) who made it such a great success and to all who showed their support!
